KISS OF LIFE to drop third mini-album ‘Lose Yourself’ next month
K-pop girl group KISS OF LIFE have announced plans to release their third mini-album, ‘Lose Yourself’, in October.
KISS OF LIFE announced ‘Lose Yourself’ today (September 25) at midnight KST with the release of a graphic for the album that details an upcoming pre-release single and more information about the project.
The girl group will be dropping an as-yet-untitled song on October 4, before releasing the full record on October 15 at 6pm KST. More details, including a tracklist, are expected to arrive in the coming weeks leading up to both releases.

‘Lose Yourself’ will notably be released a little over a week before the band are set to kick-off their ‘Kiss Road’ world tour, starting with two shows at Seoul’s Olympic Hall on October 26 and 27 before they tour North America for the remainder of the year.
The group – comprising Natty, Belle, Julie and Haneul – last released a digital single in July called ‘Sticky’, which itself came just two months after they made a comeback with single album ‘Midas Touch’ earlier this year. The latter release included the B-side track ‘Nothing’, which NME has named one of the best K-pop songs of 2024 so far.
Meanwhile, member Natty teamed up with Korean-American singer Jay Park on the track ‘Taxi Blurr’ last month while rapper Julie featured on the track ‘Magic’ from TWICE’s Nayeon’s mini-album ‘NA’. The pair also most recently teamed up with GOT7’s Mark Tuan for ‘Superpower’, the anthem for the 2024 Valorant Champions.
KISS OF LIFE made their debut under S2 Entertainment in July 2023 with their self-titled EP, which included the lead single ‘Shhh’ and solo tracks by the members. They made their first comeback four months later with their second mini-album ‘Born to Be XX’ and title track ‘Bad News’.
