Lego Is Dropping a ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Set: Where to Preorder Online

When it comes to hair-raising launches, Lego is ready to bring the chill factor with a new set inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Fans of the 1993 film can bring the story to life beyond putting up movie-themed displays and Halloween decor with a build that features a mix of iconic character and scenes from the movie — including Jack Skellington and Sally on the hill.

While The Nightmare Before Christmas Lego set won’t be out until Oct. 3, Lego is offering preorders for fans if can’t wait to get your hands on the collectible. It’s not uncommon for exclusive sets like these to sell out the moment they’re released either, but preordering will reserve you a set beforehand. The official Disney Store is also offering the Nightmare Before Christmas Lego set, but it’s currently on backorder with preorders expected to start shipping out around Oct. 25.

Turn your home into your own personal Halloween Town when you build this Nightmare Before Christmas Lego set. Once complete, you’ll have six characters plus the Mayor and Zero to pose and position as well as three settings from the movie including the town square, Sally’s home and the hilltop Jack and Sally stand on.


Since the build features small pieces and 2193 Legos, it’s recommended for ages 18+. Fans of the film will also notice additional details taken straight from the movie including the walking bathtub and Jack’s chalk board.

Lego isn’t the first to bring Nightmare Before Christmas to live — Mattel previously released Monster High Dolls inspired by Jack and Sally that allow you to take your love for the film beyond streaming it on Disney+.
