On Thursday (March 13), Lil Nas unveiled his latest track titled “Right There!” Over a simple club beat and some brassy horns on the chorus, the rapper narrates a particularly wild night out, all while still maintaining his status as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. “Last year, a n—a went missin’,” he spits, referencing his year-long, self-imposed hiatus in 2024.”This year, I’m washin’ these n—as like I was just doin’ the dishes.”

The latest track comes amid a flurry of new drops. After announcing his much-anticipated new single “Hotbox” (due out Friday, March 14, via Columbia Records), Lil Nas has spent every day of the last week dropping new songs off his forthcoming album, Dreamboy. Since Monday (March 10), the rapper has released four new tracks during what he referred to as “Marchtero Week” on X: “Dreamboy,” “Big Dummy!,” “Swish” and now “Right There!”

In a video shared to his Instagram shortly after dropping his new song, Lil Nas gave fans a glimpse into his excited outlook on life at the moment. “Do y’all ever think about how great it is that we get to be on Earth? And we get to, like, do stuff?” he asked his fans, dressed in a bathrobe and black jeans. “Like, we get to go on all of these fun adventures and stuff! And we get to try new stuff, and be really bad at it, and eventually be good at it. And we get to fall in love with people, and fall in love with stuff … oh, and I’m not high, b—h!”
