Lil Wayne Co-Signs Ciara’s ‘Female Weezy’ Halloween Costume: ‘You Killed It!!!!!!!’

Nicki Minaj is the OG “Female Weezy,” but Ciara took a stab at it for Halloween this year — and she got Lil Wayne‘s stamp of approval.

Ciara dressed like Minaj’s alter ego, which she first introduced on Birdman‘s 2011 track “Y.U. Mad” and its accompanying music video, by wearing white-blond dreads with pink tips, a white tank top, green camo pants and fuzzy panda slippers. The unexpected accessories? A magenta fur trapper hat and a baby bump, as the singer is expecting her fourth child, her third with husband Russell Wilson.

Ciara filmed a nearly minutelong TikTok soundtracked by Minaj’s verse on “Y.U. Mad” — “I am the female Weezy, this sh– is easy/ Pull up in that new new, bi— get a squeegee/ Yeah my flow sick, yeah my flow queasy” — and Wayne’s “A Milli.” In the clip, the “One, Two Step” artist is seen flipping her dreads and swinging her hips back and forth.

“Ci Ci you killed it!!!!!!! I fkn luv it!!!!” the OG Weezy wrote on X, to which Ciara responded “GOAT” and shared images of her costume as well as her exchange with him.

After Minaj first called herself “Female Weezy” on “Y.U. Mad,” she sampled her “I am the female Weezy” line as the outro of her “Stupid Hoe” track from her Pink Friday … Roman Reloaded album in 2011. And “Female Weezy” makes an appearance on Ciara’s 2013 track “I’m Out” when she rapped, “I’m Nicki M Weezy F, baby.”
