Last night (June 4), Mayhem Festival took to social media to announce its line-up, confirming its comeback since holding its last event in 2015. Instead of running a touring festival like it did in the past, Mayhem’s return will be a one-day affair, set to take place on October 12 in San Bernardino, California.
Unlike past iterations of the festival, during which it featured massive names like Slayer, King Diamond, Slipknot and more, Mayhem Festival will now be showcasing younger acts, led by the likes of Bad Omens, Poppy and more.
Headlining Mayhem’s return are Bad Omens, while Parkway Drive, Architects, Jinjer, Poppy and more high up on the bill. Other acts included on the bill are Kittie, August Burns Red, We Came As Romans, Suicide Silence, Hanabie, Mothica and more.
Tickets to Mayhem Festival’s return have yet to go on sale, but fans can sign up via the festival’s official website for early access.
