The MTV VMAs of 2024 were filled with big wins and even bigger performances. Katy Perry was honored by taking home the Video Vanguard Award, Sabrina Carpenter performed a medley of her hits including “Espresso” & “Taste,” Taylor Swift won big and so much more. Everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic, so I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot.

Taylor Swift and Post Malone took home Video of the Year during MTV’s star-studded 40th VMA Awards, and took the opportunity to thank her 

Taylor Swift:

Boyfriend, Travis. 

Narrator:

Megan Thee Stallion was the ultimate host. 

Megan Thee Stallion:

I want to give a shout out to my hotties and my hatties because I know y’all watching too.

Giving Britney references

I don’t know this snake, this snake don’t know me.

And epic performances of her hits, including her VMA-winning “Mamushi” with Yuki Chiba. The night was full of incredible performances spanning many genres. It was an international affair. Thanks to Anitta, Rauw Alejandro and Karol G, which had Taylor, Post and Camila Cabello dancing. Artists like Eminem, LL Cool J, and Lenny Kravitz, showed the audience why they’re legends. LISA made her VMA debut as a solo artist, proving why she deserved Best K-Pop.

And Sabrina Carpenter’s performance was out of this world, complete with an extraterrestrial kiss. She even went on to take home Song of the Year.

Other awards of the evening: Taylor and Post took home the trophy for Best Collab, Anitta was Best Latin.
