Netflix edits out Kim Kardashian getting booed at Tom Brady roast special
Netflix has edited out a clip of Kim Kardashian getting booed during a Tom Brady roast special.
During The Greatest Roast Of All Time: Tom Brady, Kardashian was one of the celebrities who roasted the legendary NFL player. However, her roast was greeted with boos from the audience in attendance on Sunday (May 5).
Kevin Hart introduced Kardashian and while her initial appearance was met with cheers, it soon turned sour, promoting Kardashian to say: “All right, all right, all right.” Hart can also be heard saying, “Whoa! Whoa!” in response to the boos.
Kardashian made several jokes about Brady who she was once rumoured to be dating.
She said: “I’m really here tonight for Tom. I wasn’t going to come tonight, but since I’m not here as Tom’s date, there’s still a good chance I might,” Kardashian joked.
She then made another joke where she compared Brady’s appearance to that of her stepdad.
“I do know it would’ve never worked out…an ex-athlete, high cheekbones, silky hair…You remind me too much of my step dad now.”
Kardashian continued: “Part of me thinks you would want to entrust me just to try on my clothes. I know the transition from the NFL must’ve been really hard, but I think my stepdad is a great example for you. She’s one of the best athletes in the world, who proved you could do anything in this next chapter in your life. You can become a commentator, a far-right Republican or even a strong, confident woman.”
In the edited Netflix version, Kardashian takes the stage and then cuts to a shot where the booing couldn’t be heard.

In her double album drop of ‘The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology’, Swift released a track called ‘thanK you aIMee’.
The style of the song’s title, with the capitalised letters spelling out ‘KIM’, and its lyrics about a “bronze, spray-tanned” high school bully, have led some fans to speculate over whether it is related to the singer’s feud with Kardashian.
The pair’s relationship has been a topic of public scrutiny since 2016, when Kardashian defended her then husband Kanye West’s mention of Swift in his track ‘Famous’.
Swift addressed that situation in her December 2023 Time Person of the Year interview. “That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before,” shared the singer. “I pushed away most people in my life because I didn’t trust anyone anymore. I went down really, really hard.”
