Nicki Minaj adds new North American dates to ‘Pink Friday 2’ tour
Nicki Minaj has added more North American dates to her ‘Pink Friday 2’ tour for later this year. Find all the details below.
The rapper and singer recently wrapped up a run of shows across the US and Canada before embarking on the current UK and European leg. Now, Minaj has confirmed that she’ll return to the States this September.
She’ll begin “leg 2” of her North American tour in Philadelphia ahead of concerts in Pittsburgh, New York, Cleveland, Dallas, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and other cities. The stint is set to conclude in Queens on October 11.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am local time tomorrow (Friday May 31) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Pre-sales are live now via Ticketmaster.

Minaj played a headline show at The O2 in London on Tuesday (May 28), where she brought out Giggs as a surprise special guest. In a four-star review of the gig, NME wrote: “… If a top-notch arena show is about letting go and giving it your all, then this is that in excelsis.”
The star will wrap up her current UK run with two performances in Manchester (May 30 and June 3).
The latter date was rescheduled from last weekend after Minaj missed her planned gig at the new Co-Op Live arena due to her being arrested in Amsterdam for “carrying drugs”.
Minaj explained that she was unable to make it to the venue in time because she had spent “5-6 hours” in a Dutch jail cell earlier in the day. She said she believed the authorities had deliberately stopped her from making the show, adding that she would “have the lawyers & GOD take it from here”.
“Please please please accept my deepest & most sincere apologies,” Minaj wrote. “They sure did know exactly how to hurt me today but this too, shall pass.”
Minaj is set to headline Wireless Festival 2024 at Finsbury Park in north London later this summer.
In other news, she has promised to fire her touring DJ, DJ Boof, if he signs fans’ breasts again, after an image of him doing so emerged online.
