Paramore’s Hayley Williams Was ‘Screamin’ At My TV’ After Spotting Connection to Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show

Kendrick Lamar hid a bunch of Easter eggs in his historic Super Bowl LIX halftime show. But there’s one little nod you may have missed, but Paramore‘s Hayley Williams sure didn’t. The rocker slipped into the comments on the Instagram feed of Good Dye Young earlier this week to jump for joy after see that Lamar and SZA’s backup dancers had used the hair color brand she co-founded with stylist and makeup artist Brian O’Connor.

Williams couldn’t believe it either, adding in the comments “screamin at my tv!!!!!”

Fans were also hyped for the surprise rap-rock crossover, equaling Williams’ excitement in their comments, including: “@yelyahwilliams just know the Black girlies have been waiting for you to come back to the scene since airplanes dropped. If a kdot collab is on the table, pleaseeeeeeee make it happen” and “Putting in my suggestion to rename this color, ‘Red Resistance’.
