Paris Hilton criticises “sick people” commenting on size of baby son’s head
Paris Hilton has called out “sick people” making comments about her baby son Phoenix online.
After the model and singer shared photos of her son on Instagram last week, TikTok creator Stephanie Tleiji highlighted some of the post’s comments in a video, criticising those for joking about and expressing concern over the size of Phoenix’s head.
In the video, Tleiji said: “People in the comments are crazy…. you have people calling him Stewie [from Family Guy]. And then someone saying, ‘Genetically engineered to be a genius for sure.’ I’m sorry, Stewie wishes he was this freaking cute.”
After highlighting other commenters who had wrongly assumed Hilton hadn’t already had her baby checked by doctors, Tleiji added: “He just has a big head because he has a small body and he’s gonna grow into it. Leave Phoenix alone.”

Hilton posted a comment in response to the TikTok video, calling out the “sick people” and confirming that Phoenix had been checked by doctors.
“There are some sick people in this world,” Hilton wrote. “My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”
Hilton and her husband Carter Reum announced the birth of their son via surrogacy in January this year.
“It’s always been my dream to be a mother and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other,” she told People at the time. “We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.”
Earlier this month, Hilton confirmed she is set to release a new album next year, which will be executive produced by Sia. The album will be her first since her 2006 debut ‘Paris’.
