Titled A Big Beautiful Block Party, the new two-day fest will make its way to Downtown Las Vegas on September 27 and 28. Other acts set to perform include the likes of Jamie XX, Jungle, James Blake, Thundercat, Toro y Moi, Badbadnotgood, Neil Frances, LP Giobbi, Empress Of, John Talabot, and Fifi.
The festival will be comprised of two stages offering non-stop music from 5pm to 2am each day. There will also be no overlapping sets, making it easy for attendees to check out every act they want to see.
A Big Beautiful Block Party tickets will go on sale tomorrow (June 27) at 10am PT (1pm EST, 6pm BST) with prices ranging from $199 for general admission and $399 for VIP. Visit here to purchase tickets.
The festival organisers took to the Life Is Beautiful Instagram and wrote: “A decade ago, we set out on a mission to infuse our city with music, art, culture, connectivity, and a bold new perspective. What started as a small gathering transformed into an annual ritual that proves how powerful a community can be.”
The statement continued: “While this year’s Life is Beautiful Festival is paused, our new event keeps alive the tradition of gathering in Downtown Las Vegas to uplift one another, to express ourselves, and to connect. Our Block Party isn’t a replacement – it’s an additional way to celebrate in the streets of our beloved city! In time, these two events will coexist.
“We’re incredibly excited to reimagine and evolve the experience for you, the fans, and the wonderful community that surrounds us. We can’t wait to see you again.”
Last year’s edition of Life Is Beautiful saw The Killers, Kendrick Lamar, and Odesza headline and saw the likes of Bebe Rexha, The 1975, Omar Apollo, and Kim Petras and more perform.
In other news, Peggy Gou recently released her debut album ‘I Hear You’. In a three-star review, NME shared: “That’s the joy of Peggy Gou’s music – she balances class and kitsch equally. When it works, it’s like finding dance music for the first time. ‘I Hear You’ has a pureness that will give many that feeling. You know, that feeling? It goes like Nanana.”
