Post Malone’s Ex-Fiancée Files for Sole Physical Custody of Their Daughter

Post Malone’s ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, has filed a court petition seeking sole physical custody of their two-year-old daughter.

Park is filing for primary physical custody of the ex-couple’s daughter — named in court documents as “DDP” with a birthdate of May 26, 2022 — while allowing Post visitation rights, in addition to joint legal custody of the child. The filing, made in California Superior Court on Wednesday (April 16), claims the girl has been living solely with Park since November 2024. Park is requesting that Post cover her legal fees.

Despite Park filing her petition in California, TMZ reports the case will in fact be handled in Utah, where Malone previously filed (sealed) documents regarding his daughter’s custody.

Billboard has reached out to representatives for Post and Park but did not hear back by press time.

Post revealed he had a daughter during a June 2022 interview on The Howard Stern Show. “I woke up at 2:30 in the afternoon. I went and I kissed my baby girl and then I went and played some [music],” he said, before clarifying: “That’s my daughter.”

Since reportedly splitting with Park late last year, Post has been spotted on romantic outings with Christy Lee, reportedly a student at the Parsons School of Design in New York.

This year is shaping up to be another busy one for Post, who will close out weekend two at Coachella 2025 with his second headlining performance at the festival on Sunday (April 20).

On the music front, ahead of his Coachella weekend one performance, Post told Billboard he has another country album in the works: “[We] made probably 35 songs; it’s just a matter of which ones rock, and which ones sock,” he said.
