Queens Of The Stone Age announce rescheduled tour dates for 2025
Queens of the Stone Age have announced their rescheduled tour dates for 2025, a month after the band scrapped its remaining dates for the year due to frontman Josh Homme‘s health.

On Homme’s condition, the band previously stated: “Josh has been given no choice but to prioritise his health and to receive essential medical care through the remainder of the year.”
All their festival dates were cancelled, while their headline shows in several US cities are now postponed to 2025. Per Consequence, the band has confirmed the new dates. Tickets are available for purchase here.
The band will play two nights at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts before embarking on a tour through Ohio, Wisconsin and Illinois.
The new US tour dates for Queens Of The Stone Age in 2025 are:
JUNE 2025
10 – Boston, Massachusetts, MGM Music Hall at Fenway
11 – Boston, Massachusetts, MGM Music Hall at Fenway
18 – Cincinnati, Ohio, The Andrew J Brady Music Center
20 – Madison, Wisconsin, Breese Stevens Field
21 – Chicago, Illinois, Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island
In July, the band axed a run of European dates due to Homme requiring “emergency surgery” back home in the US. “Every effort was made to push through and play for you, but it is no longer an option to continue,” a statement read.
Homme and co. released their eighth and most recent studio album, ‘In Times New Roman’, last summer. They recently headlined Download Festival 2024 and appeared at Hellfest.
Homme explained in a recently shared interview – which was filmed before his ongoing health issue – that he’ll “roll his sleeves up” so that the next Queens album won’t take so long to arrive. “There was too much time in between the last record [2017’s ‘Villains’] and this one,” he said.
The comments reflect those shared by guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen and drummer Jon Theodore while at Download 2024, when the two hinted to NME that they had new material in the works.
“I think we’re going to take a little break. I know we have some plans for next year that are loosely being talked about,” Van Leeuwen said when asked about the band’s future plans.
Theodore added: “There are definitely some aces in some sleeves so to speak…”
