STAYC Talks New Album ‘Metamorphic’ & More | KCON LA 2024

Tetris Kelly:

Hanging out with STAYC at KCON and you guys just dropped your first studio album, ‘Metamorphic,’ congratulations and how has it been since the album came out.

STAYC:

I think it went well, this is our first full album, so there are so many tracks on here and I think this is a meaningful album to us because there’s also our first fan song and that’s why our fans really love this album and they also think, I guess they think, that this album is really catchy. Yeah, that’s all. 

Tetris Kelly:

And fans are getting to know you even more because you have your own personal Instagram’s now. So how is it to be able to share with your fans in a new way?

STAYC:

It is indeed fun to have our own personal account. I did not expect it to be this exciting to express our individuality. Also, we are happy to share more photos to our fans! 

Tetris Kelly:

I’m sure they enjoy seeing it. Then lastly, what is your music obsession right now? What’s something you’re listening to?

STAYC: 

My choice would be STAYC’s “Cheeky Icy Thang,” without a doubt.
