‘The Boys’ fans have described the latest episode as “fucking diabolical”

The Boys season 4

Note: This article contains major spoilers for The Boys season 4, episode 6.

The latest episode of The Boys has sparked a wide range of reactions from viewers, with many describing its latest twists and disturbingly graphic scenes as “fucking diabolical”.

Titled ‘Dirty Business’, the new episode was released on Amazon Prime Video on Thursday (July 4), and arguably delivered some of season four’s biggest shocks yet.

Among those surprises was the revelation that Butcher (Karl Urban) has pretty much completely lost his mind thanks to the Compound V worm swimming around in his brain, and he’s actually been imagining his aggressive friend Joe Kessler (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) the entire time – very much in the style of Fight Club.

Elsewhere, Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso) finds himself having to shoot heroin up Webweaver’s (Dan Mousseau) anus, only for the Spider-Man parody to fart webs all over MM’s face.

In another scene involving the expulsion of bodily fluids, Firecracker (Valorie Curry) manages to woo Homelander (Anthony Star) by squirting her breastmilk directly into his mouth, from a fair distance. He immediately caves to her advance and proceeds to breastfeed from her.

Following these eye-opening new developments, fans took to social media to share their thoughts on the episode, and it’s safe to say that it went down well.

“Billy Butcher has gone mental. Hughie got traumatized at a diddy party. A-train is a hero/ Sister sage is brain dead. And Homelander got breast fed.. WHAT A DIABOLICAL EPISODE!!!” posted one viewer on X/Twitter.

Another wrote: “Um, make sure you watch the new episode of #TheBoys in private,” while a third added: “Welp. happy fourth of July!!”
