The Ultimate Guide to Festivals Celebrating Latin Music in 2024 (Updating)
Editor’s note: The list is updated on a monthly basis. Festivals that have already passed are deleted from the list.
From Festival Arre and Coca-Cola Flow Fest in Mexico to the Festival Cordillera in Colombia, Billboard Español brings together the definitive guide to festivals celebrating Latin music and more around the world.
With Marc Antony and Maluma taking center stage at the 10th edition of the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival, and other traditionally non-Latin events, it’s clear that Latin music’s influence continues to expand rapidly.
We see more eclectic lineups headlined by Latin and Anglo artists, such as Global Citizen Festival in New York, with performances by Post Malone, Doja Cat, Rauw, Jelly Roll, Chris Martin, Hugh Jackman and many more. At the Milano Latin Festival, which is held for more than two months in the Italian city, the musical cycle includes diverse and multi-generational artists such as Farruko, Christian Nodal, Maria Becerra, Juan Luis Guerra, Grupo Niche, Pimpinela, Olga Tañón among others.
There is also the Nuestros Sonidos festival at Carnegie Hall in New York, which is a series of concerts that will last for more than six months starting in October; and will feature performances by Ivy Queen, Grupo Niche, Monsieur Periné, Natalia Lafourcade, Quetzal, Cimafunk and more
While this may not be an exhaustive list, it serves as a comprehensive guide to some of the genre’s most significant events. Whether you’re a die-hard reggaetón fan, a salsa aficionado, or a lover of all things Latin, see our guide to the must-attend festivals across the globe, arranged in sequential order.
