Travis Kelce Dances to Taylor Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’ at World Series Game 1
Travis Kelce was showing off his dance moves at Game 1 of the 2023 World Series.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was spotted doing a playful dance to Taylor Swift‘s 2014 hit “Shake It Off” while watching the Texas Rangers take on the Arizona Diamondbacks at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, on Friday (Oct. 27).
In a TikTok video shared by an attendee at the baseball game, Kelce appeared on the stadium’s big screen as he held up his arm, shook his hand and cheerfully bounced while the popular track played in the background. “Shake It Off” spent four weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2014.
Swift wasn’t in attendance at the World Series game, but pop star and athlete have been photographed together numerous times in recent weeks.
After the game on Friday, Kelce was spotted dancing to another Swift song at a bar. In a separate TikTok clip, the tight end busted a move to Swift’s 2008 song “Love Story” at what appeared to be a post-game celebration with friends.
Rumors of a romance between Swift and Kelce have been swirling since the “Anti-Hero” singer was seen sitting next to Kelce’s mother during the Chiefs-Bears game on Sept. 24. Since then, Swift has attended two more Chief games with celebrity friends like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
Kelce’s ongoing courting of the Swift began in July, when he tried (and failed) to hand her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her Eras tour stop in Kansas City.
Last weekend, Swift and Kelce seemingly confirmed their long-rumored romance by holding hands on their way to the Oct. 14 SNL afterparty, just after they each made surprise cameos on the show’s season 49 premiere. The next day, they had dinner at a restaurant in the West Village, hand-in-hand again. To date, neither Swift nor Kelce have confirmed their reported romance.
