Watch Paul Rudd and his ‘Wet Hot American Summer’ co-stars cover Gerry Rafferty and Spin Doctors hits
Paul Rudd recently teamed up with his Wet Hot American Summer Costars’ on stage to perform covers of hit songs by Gerry Rafferty and the Spin Doctors.
The actor joined the Middle Aged Dad Jam Band – made up of filmmaker and comedian David Wain and actor Ken Marino – during their show at the City Winery in New York City on October 20.
They performed a cover of the Spin Doctors’ 1991 hit ‘Two Princes’ as well as Gerry Rafferty’s ‘Baker Street’ with Rudd cosplaying the late singer in a black wig. The band were also joined by actor Justin Theroux, John Flansburgh of They Might Be Giants and Wet Hot American Summer and Yellowjackets composer Craig Wedren.

In other news, earlier this summer, Rudd starred in the music video for Claud’s ‘A Good Thing’.
He also starred as Ben Glenroy in the Emmy nominated series Only Murders In The Building alongside Martin Short, Selena Gomez and Steve Martin.
The murder mystery Hulu series earned 17 nominations for the 2022 Emmy Awards, with Martin and Short receiving leading acting nods. However, despite making up the show’s trio of leads, Gomez was omitted from the list.
