Watch the Sweet Moment Snoop Dogg Shared Some Skittles With Olympian A’ja Wilson

Snoop Dogg came prepared with snacks to watch the men’s basketball quarterfinal between Team USA and Brazil at the Paris Olympics this week.

In a now-viral clip posted to social media and later shared to Snoop’s Instagram page, the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper is seen cheering on the team while sitting in the audience with women’s basketball Olympian A’ja Wilson.

At the game, Snoop was seen dressed in an American flag t-shirt with the Olympic rings on it and a black newsboy cap, paired with aviator sunglasses. At one point in the day, the star leans over to Wilson and offers the athlete some Skittles. “You want some candy lil’ mama?” Snoops asks Wilson, who excitedly replies, “Oh, bet!”

Snoop has become Team USA’s unofficial mascot at the 2024 Paris Olympics, enoying a number of sports in between commentating with NBC. On Monday night (Aug. 5), he performed at the USA Basketball 50th anniversary party co-hosted by Comcast NBCUniversal. LeBron James, Steph Curry, Anthony Edwards, A’ja Wilson, Diana Taurasi and more were all in the building. Even NFL legend Tom Brady made an appearance, as well as Team USA alums Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Sue Bird.

Snoop took the stage rocking a shirt featuring Wilson in her USA jersey to perform hits such as Billboard Hot 100-topping anthem “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and he covered Next’s “Too Close.” Eventually, some members of Team USA even joined him on stage to take part in the festivities.
